High quality
Excellent for later season hunting. Double layer, solid manufacturing. Name brand meriwool ,labeled as fine merino wool. There are 3 soft tags sewn in to seam with required labeling. Non itching. Most of seam is sewn inward so it is not on the skin. Fits perfectly. Going to buy more cause this is an excellent price for this high end product. It does keep you warm. Authentically worn right here this winter in the PNW while duck hunting and compared to other brands - even self proclaimed hunting types, this gaiter really exceeds expectations while remaining realistically priced.

Very High Quality!
Look folks, this is a GREAT deal on a 100% wool neck gaiter. I work outside in every condition every day during the week, and this past few days (1/15/24 to 1/17-24) here in Kentucky we’ve had a darn storm that sent the windchills down to -20’s! I wore this neck gaiter and felt great the whole time… blocks the wind on my neck (I’m a bearded hillbilly I don’t use it for my face) , and it regulates my temperature like wool should when it’s in the 30’s & 40’s… great for winter time ! Highly recommend!

Exactly right
I like the warmth, softness, size, color, ease of washing, packing -- everything. I bought it for hiking, but I wear it around the house. I'm planning to buy two more for the color variety. It's the scarf I reach for more than any other.

Soft and warm, feels durable
The fabric is great! It's soft and warm, thick but not too thick. It feels like it will last well & not get little fuzzies. It's sewn with 2 layers so there are no exposed seams. I like that, but I wish it were one long unfolded layer (like many neck warmers are), so I could decide whether to fold it and where. That's the only reason it's not perfect for me, and I'm sure it wouldn't bother a lot of people. The color is a lovely teal.

Thin But Warm
When I researched these I saw they were made of wool- that’s why I bought it. I was expecting a thicker knit. These don’t feel like wool- but the packaging explains the difference between the type they use over traditional wool. This gaiter is so soft and comfortable-I love it! Its thin enough so that if you get too warm and need to take it off- you can ball it up and put it in your pocket and it doesn’t take up any more room than a bandanna. From the gaiter itself, to the packaging, it’s clearly on a level above the typical ones you find in the store. I’m buying another one just in case!

Doesn't fit well
Soft and comfy, goes with the matching hat which I love. But the neck gaiter is too wide and just falls down my neck. If I try to pull it up over my face it just falls down too. So, it works well as a scarf for the lower half of my neck but not as a face cover at all. Maybe I can pin it or something to make it work better? Either way, I was dissatisfied with this purchase, but it might work well for you if you have a much larger neck.

Love, love the colour and quality. Super light. Merino wool at its best. So glad I purchased it. Will be perfect for winter hiking.

Another Great Item from MERIWOOL
Why on earth I did not think to buy one of these neck warmers from MERIWOOL when the pandemic first started, I can only put down to stupidity. The number of times I have walked more than halfway to the supermarket only to realise that I had forgotten to bring a face mask with me has gone well above numbers I am capable of contemplating. You wear "gaiter" it pretty much all of the time because it keeps your neck warm and, when you get halfway to the supermarket, you don't have to think about the face mask issue anymore. You just pull the neck warmer up and over your mouth and nose. Easy. And it saves an awful lot of trekking back to the house to get a face mask. The neck warmer, itself, is about 25cm (10") x 22.5cm (9"), but, of course, it stretches to be considerably longer and wider than that. It is made of 250g/m² fine merino wool, which is pretty heavy for such things. Others I looked at ranged from 150g/m² to 220g/m². As with everything else (jocks, shirts and socks) I have bought from MERIWOOL, all I can say is that I could not be HAPPIER.

Perfect
This is exactly what I wanted. It fits well. Some people say it is too narrow, but I wouldn't want it any wider or it would slip down to the base of my neck. Good quality.

They stitched the tags on the inside of the neck-gaitor,,, prepare for continual harrassment...
The material used is wonderful. It appears that they don't use short fibres like MANY merino wool products available. Won't know about the stitching quality till used/abused it a little. BUT,,, the tags are on the inside,,, sent them an email to inquire if I could just pull on them like most modern tag stitching allows,,, was told "No!! but I can cut them out." ,,, Well life experience has taught me that will usually cause the stitching line to pull apart right about where the stitching is cut,, HOWEVER,,, the CONTINUAL itch on your neck from the tags is sure to remind you of your childhood.!!!
