Is this product really from Wonderchef? See in attached picture how the so called granite has come out. I have not used this more than 20 times till date in last 1 year! Pathetic

Colour: GreenI had bought the Wonderchef products in the first quarter of 2017. After using it regularly till yesterday, I have again bought a new set of similar items from Prestige because I am unhappy with Wonderchef products. Since this company is owned/endorsed by my favourite chef, Sanjiv Kapoor, I had purchased the whole range of non stick items and had paid more than a similar Prestige/Nirlep items but going forward I don’t think I will again invest in any of these items from Wonderchef. The main issues:(1) the non stick property is no longer effective as food items burn if we do not put enough cooking oil/ butter; and(2) the surface of the items is not thick enough therefore it gets heated up in no time.I hope Wonderchef would take my feedback positively n work on the deficiencies so that customers should get wowed by the quality of the products. Thanks.

* Small casserole is very small that it is good for making rasam, payasam, halwa for 2-3 ppl* Medium casserole is good for making curries, pasta and noodles for 3-4 persons* Large casserole can hold 1/2kg meat and 1/2kg rice for making mutton/chicken briyani* Received the casseroles along with 3 pieces of lid and 2 pieces of holding cloth ( I don't think it's useful when the pot is very hot because the handle is casted along with the vessel. The raising heat will spread evenly to the handle also)* Knob is good* Lid is lil heavy compared to the casserole since it's made of tampered glass* I bought it for 2673/- in summer sale!

It's not even been 4 months (bought on 22nd Jan 2020) but the granite layer has started to come off and the aluminum beneath is showing! This is when I use only wooden spoons in it! Pathetic product! Waste of money!

You need to assemble the lid yourself with the given screws and cap shown in the pic along with the lid holder. The cap is very delicate and poor quality material. Will get easily broken if you try to screw little hard to ensure it isnt loose. I dont think spare parts are easily available compared to other brands like prestige. Hence rating 1 star.
