Our tables at the preschool are textured so these smooth mats are perfect for protecting the tables and making cleanup easy. They can be wiped off and rolled up for storage. They are light and perfect for what we need. I wish they made them a little longer more like a tablecloth instead of a placemat , but we purchased two and it works for now!

I was a little concerned when some reviewers said this came folded, stuck together and ripped when trying to unstick, and the folds didn’t straighten out. Mine came folded, was easy to carefully unfold without ripping, and creases came right out. This is exactly what I wanted and works perfectly.

I got this to place on top of my dryer. I have a new Speed Queen dryer, and I store a plastic bin with my cat’s food in it on top. I didn’t want it to scratch it over time. So I got this because the size was about right, and it covers most of the top. It’s relatively thin, and laid flat right out of the box. Perfect. It’s a light beige, and I wish it came in white - but not a big deal.

Very nice mat. Would prefer translucent but maybe there was a choice and I missed it.

I love doing arts and crafts and manicures...lots of glue, acetone, and paint colors. Genius me, remodeled and choose a white granite countertop. (I'm having some anxiety and regrets however it's gorgeous.) This mat allows me to set up a manicure or art station in the kitchen/living room area without fear I am going to damage my counter tops (again). It sticks just enough and cleans up easily. I do have silicone caulk stuck on it that I've barely tried to remove because that is what this mat is for: to get messy. I have only used them for art, nails, and home projects and it has saved me several times! I have a different one for baking.

We purchased two of these to use under some sliding trays we have on our countertops. One tray holds an electric kettle and the other our toaster and all you have to do is slide the tray out to use them but I didnt like the tray wheels rubbing the countertop. We bought these to put under the sliding trays and protect the countertop from any scratches. So far they have worked great, doing what they are needed to do and easy to clean. Will see over time if their durability continues.

Definitely not white. Very hard to open, as it is plstic and comes folded in four for shipping. Once unfolded, I could lay it on my deask like a second skin. Can't write on a paper on it, but good for containing marker and paint. Kept it but wished I ordered something different.
