This gorgeous keychain looks just as good in person, as it does in the pictures, and it matches my black leather interior with the red sport stitching perfectly! Truly it's a steal at the price, for such high quality. The remote holder is exactly the right size to hold the remote perfectly snug and safe, but not too tight. All you need is a flathead screw driver, a dime, or a strong fingernail, to unscrew the silver screw, before sliding the remote inside. The buttons on the holder match up perfectly with the buttons on the remote, and you can still easily activate the panic button, despite there not being a designated button on the holder. The smooth black leather looks to be good quality, not flimsy or too thick, and the red thread is a true red with perfectly spaced stitching- not a stray thread in sight. Altogether the keychain is 6.5 inches (16.51 centimeters) long, and the silver clip at the end of the keychain swivels, allowing full rotation for easy use. I'm quite confident this leather remote holder will keep my expensive key remote safe AND secure! A few other reviews mentioned the screw comes loose, just add a dab of loctite glue into the screw hole prior to screwing it together, and problem solved. I purchased the black leather with red thread, 3 button car remote key holder, for my original 4 button, 2014 Mazda 3 key remote. I originally purchased 1 remote holder for my husband, but I was so pleased I immediately ordered a second one for myself! Not surprisingly the second remote is just as perfect as the first! It's been a couple weeks now, and the keychain still looks great and is holding up perfectly!I've attached 6 different pictures below, to show up close exactly what this keychain has to offer.

I had to request a refund for the first item I received. The case has a screw to secure your keys to the case itself (the round metal circle you see in the picture). This screw apparently has a tendency to come undone. Luckily I didn't lose keys or the remote, just the screw. I wish it would have come with a better way of securing it. I returned it for a refund and purchased the item again because I really did like it. With my replacement I added a little bit of glue to secure it and I have a tendency to check it periodically. Amazon was great about the return. The item works great with that one exception. So if you buy it, SECURE the screw!

I don't know if anyone else was wondering this, but there is no indentation on the inside of the case, to ease with pressing the lock/unlock buttons, it's flat. It would have helped in my situation, because having the key to the 2015 Mazda CX-5 the embossed button image doesn't align well with the key. I am not sure if this is the case for any other car model, but it's only the top choice for cases for the CX-5 model key, because atm there isn't much else.I provided a picture as an example, I admit the photo makes it look like an inaccurate comparison of size, however if you look at the top corners of my key, it is directly aligned with the indents it caused in the key case (it was a very tight fit to the key.) It represents perfectly how the key will feel when inside the case.If you can manage with that, then it is a great product; the thread does not seem too thin, it arrived flawlessly and fast, genuine hide ripped from a dead animal. I hope my review helped a buyer or the seller or something, it's really not a bad case for its intended purpose, but I wanted to help someone being disappointed by that if they own the 2015 CX-5, because you spent enough money..

After debating this purchase for quite some time due to financial stinginess, I finally bit the bullet and purchased this fob case. I've not looked back since! Great product quality. The leather itself is soft and sturdy and is exponentially more comfortable to wear on my key ring. The case also does wonders to ease the jingling noise of my key ring and has done a great job of protecting the fob from the rest of the keys on the ring. My only grievance is the price tag. If the unit was a couple dollars cheaper, I would give a perfect five stars.

I bought this for the spare key fob of my wifes 2017 Toyota Yaris iA, yes a Toyota and the iA is actually built by Mazda and based on the Mazda 2(not sold here in the US) the interior of the iA is based on the Mazda CX-3. Upon research and pics comparison apparently the key fob is also the same as Mazda's. So I went ahead and bought it. As you can see the Toyota iA's key fob is the same as Mazda's with 4 buttons. This key fob case still works fine even if it's just for the 3 button key fob. I never used the panic button anyways. I can press the buttons through the case just fine.Very well built and good quality.

So far this has been a great holder for our 2009 Mazda 6 smart key. Our key has broken where the top loop hooks to the emergency key, which means it will not hang on a key ring. This has been a perfect solution. Took a star away for the fact there is no panic button outline (which I knew when I bought it) not a big deal since we know it is there.

Perfect. Exactly what I was expecting. Wanted this for my remote key on my 2016 Mazda 6. Yeah the cover doesn't have the "panic" button print on it but if I never find my car I won't panic I'll just buy another Mazda... Or just easily remove the cover and use the panic button.I don't have any trouble pressing the buttons, I'm positive that the print of the buttons are well aligned to the remote. So yeah, I'm happy with this purchase.It'd be nice if it had the Mazda logo. I would've given it a 6th star if I could've. Oh well. All it's getting is five stars 😈😈😈😈

This might seem like a double review. Pretty nice. Well built and appears durable. The horn/panic button does not line up with the embossing on the case, but you know it's at the bottom. If you press there, it will still work. Got one in brown and one in black. I left the huge clasp off as it seems a bit bulky for a man's front pocket. I left it on my wife's cause she just leaves it in her purse. That is probably the biggest reason to buy one of these. Imagine how beat up the remote key would get in a purse.

Great product protects your key fob from damage from other keys.
