Little Tikes never disappoints. The quality of their items is always top of the line for the price in my opinion. We own several different little tikes pieces, 2 houses, pirate ship toddler bed, trampoline, slide, vanity, and several other items....each item we own has endured several hours of play by 4 toddlers and they have all held up remarkably. As a matter of fact, we've never had a Little Tikes item break or stop working. (Besides stickers...they never last around here. My kids peel those right off!) My husband and I would rather spend a couple hundred dollars on one large, quality item as opposed to buying a bunch of small toys that are going to end up in the trash or donated. Little Tikes spark my kids imagination and they spend hours role playing which i love. I also feel like their items maintain their appeal & resell value. When the kids have outgrown their Little Tikes toys, I'll post them online and within a few hours, they're gone. That's a huge selling point for me. It's a lot easier for me to spend 3 or 4 hundred bucks on a play item knowing in the back of my mind that when my kids are done with it, I'll probably get close to half of it back a few years later.

Cute lil house. Was easy to set up and is very sturdy. Appears that the one we bought was a returned item but no damage so all is good. Daughter loves it. Especially the doorbell.Tip: screwing in the nails is tough. Need someone with muscles or take turns with hubby. Good workout I guess.

I've been looking at a bunch of different playhouses for my 2 year old son. I chose this one because it was the closest to what I was looking for and in my price range. It arrived today, and my son was so excited. The instructions leave much to be desired. They are drawings with little detail and no words. When screws are needed, it doesn't tell how many are needed for each step. You kind of have to guess based on the pictures. There are also no holes for the screws which is probably my biggest complaint. The instructions suggest using a hammer to tap the screw to make a hole before using the screwdriver. We tried this first, but it didn't really work. Don't even bother with a screwdriver - go straight to the electric drill. It took my husband and me maybe 45 minutes to put it together which isn't bad at all...especially with an impatient toddler begging to play with it.Assembly quirks aside, it's a great playhouse. It has a simple design with plenty of room to accomodate a growing little boy. He's only had a couple hours to play with it so far, but he loves sitting on the little benches and pretending to eat the food and drink from the cups. Unlike many toys, he ignored the box it came in and actually played with the playhouse. Success!

Great value for the money. My daughter just turned 2 and loves it! She cooks for us and the little bench on the side even serves as small table when we are all eating outside. Easy to ensemble, my nanny put it together for me by herself without us even asking as she was so exited to play with my daughter. Loves it! The only thing I would have like better if it had own flooring instead of standing in our patio floor as it gets dirty more easily and also ants or small bugs can crawl in.

Okay, to make this clear, I give the house a five star rating but the shipping made it go down to four. I usually try not to say any complaints but I had a slight issue with the shipping service that the house was shipped through. The package arrived late. Also, according to amazon it said that the carrier was supposed to put it together which amazed me. However, that did not happen, so if you are expecting someone to come and set this thing up think again. My package was late so after waiting two extra days I had to contact the shipping service because it said I needed to reschedule my delivery. The lady I talked to about my delivery was very helpful. She got in touch with the local office by email. She also gave me the local offices number. Fortunately, the email worked because when I tried to call a computer answered and said that the number couldn't be reached. Everything ended good though. We got our playhouse. Now with all of that being said, This is an awesome house. It didn't take too long for my husband, son, and I to put together. Yes, my son is 1 but he had his little toy drill and helped us out, lol. Speaking of which, be sure to have a real drill for the adult who is putting this thing together. It will save ALOT of time. Our son loves having a little house of his own to hang out in. That's all he has been talking about since we put the house together. He loves the phone that came with the house too. As for the food and dishes, it didn't come with anything to store them in but that allowed me to get creative. I've order a little tikes grill so he can store them. Every guy should have a grill, don't you think, lol.

It wasn’t easy to put together. Really takes 2 people. But once all together it’s sturdy. And the kids loved it. Played in it all day. They decided to make it an Cafe. So, I bought more food and plates. Great Purchase !

The playhouse is perfect for my 22-month-old grandchildren (triplets). It is exactly what I expected and wanted after researching many playhouses on line. The kids just love coming in and out the door and sometimes in and out the windows as well. They also enjoy sitting at the picnic table. I also love the fact that it can be just as easily used inside the home now when the weather is cold.HOWEVER, this item was purchased as new through BabyAge and also shipped by BabyAge. This purchase was a Christmas gift, and upon assembly Christmas eve it was pretty disappointing to find that several parts were missing. A sealed plastic bag containing accessories and screws had apparently been hand-ripped open and some parts removed. After Christmas I contacted Little Tikes directly, who promptly sent the missing pieces. Excellent product BUT not happy at all to purchase something with missing pieces.

I like the product for the price but I didn’t realize that it was a copy from little likes .. also I received it with dust all over the product .. and fixing was not easy but me and my husband managed it (need for 2pair of hands for fixing) .. once all the hassle was done .. my 1.5 year enjoyed playing in it.

LITTLETIKESの大型玩具製品は安全で気に入っていて子供に３０年以上前から購入していましたが、今回は孫に購入しました。このハウスは孫娘が気に入ると思い購入しましたが室内に置くには色が暗すぎて女の子には向いていませんでした。娘に同じアメリカ製でピンクとホワイトのきれいなハウスがあると不評でした。屋外では色が暗いとは思いませんが室内に置くには暗くて気に入りませんでした。明るい配色ですときれいですけど。ただLITTLETIKESの大型玩具等は１０点ほど置いていますが安全で丈夫なので気に入っています。

Easy to fit together looks very good kids love it. Has some novel bits to it like the door bell and cooker inside. Quite small but ideal for smaller children. Would recommend this.

très jolie, montage facile. Répond à mes attentes. Attention néanmoins dans le descriptif il était noté volets et lavabo et ce n'est pas le cas. Pour les volets la photo est explicite et j'avais compris toute seule pour le lavabo cela aurait pu me décevoir lais comme à la place il y a une plaque de cuisson et un téléphone tout va bien. J'ai choisi ce modèle en tant que professionnelle pour l'accueil d'enfants de 0 à 3 ans en toute sécurité pour que les plus petits 12-18 mois puissant en profiter en toute autonomie et sécurité (je peux maintenir une surveillance l'air de rien car les ouvertures sont larges) et c'est bien le cas. Le temps me dira si elle est solide et résistante.
