A2: No, the motor of this fan uses an industrial grade brushless motor ,and the decibel stays between 20-30dB ,it's really very quiet for studying ,working and sleeping.

A3: The fan has two power settings, 1 watt and 2 watts. Thanks to the unique double fan blade arrangement the air flow is surprisingly high to a range of around 1.2 meter.
