I measured and ordered exactly according to the size indication. These underwear are SO small that my son couldn't even get them pulled up over his thighs. Then we got on to return them and Amazon says they are not eligible for return. Don't waste your money! Since we bought 2 pair, 1 for each son, we are out almost $60 for NOTHING! So disappointing. Do not buy these... unless you find a different company to order from that allows returns. This was a terrible waste of money.
