NeilMed Cleanse Sterile Saline Wound Wash, 6.3 Ounce

So far, this is working well to soothe and heal my ear piercings! I’ve had a helix for two months now that’s been nonstop sore but a week or so of using this spray and it’s been feeling much calmer. The only thing is the spray comes out super hard and aggressive, left the whole side of my face dripping lol. But it’s a big bottle and I don’t expect to run out for a while! Just be gentle when spraying lmao

been using this since I first got my bellybutton pierced and now my nose piercing and the stuff works great for daily cleaning use with Q-tips. This is about the only product I really need for my piercings. lasts me two months max each bottle, super easy to use and carry with you

Great for cleaning piercings. It is a good size, easy to travel with and carry around. Easy to use and has a powerful spray. No leaking. Does not offer pain relief but that is okay!

I think this might be excellent for actual wound cleaning. However, I bought it for my 16 yr old’s new ear piercings and while it was effective, the jet stream spray is intense! It is a strong, forceful spray!!!! It left his shirt soaked even though we tried to spray it lightly. Good product but not the delivery system that I was looking for.

This has been fantastic with my husband's woundcare! It is easy to use, easy to handle. Very happy with it! I have re ordered it several times.

Cheaper than their other NeilMed piercing cleanse. Only differences is the spray is really strong. But i found a work around, my h20 ocean spray had the same nozzle but with a finer mist so i swapped the nozzle from the h20 can to this one and it was a perfect fit and gives me the same misting option as NeilMed piercing kit. I am unsure if the nozzle on the neilmed piercing spray will fit on this one. I already threw out that can, leave a comment if you were able to change the nozzles around. It was super easy with the one i did.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but for this one I must! I use this for all my piercings and it’s the only thing that keeps them from getting infected and I swear it helps them heal faster than epsom salt soaks/other products I’ve used for the healing process. Highly recommend for piercings!! :)

This spray is good, wish there was more in the bottle but it’s still a good product.

Works well for cleaning new piercings or wounds. Have used it on my dog as well in a pinch. Powerful full spray so it is not a fine mist product.

This actually helped me clean up a belly button infection after surgery. The doctors offered me some antibiotics but I really didnt like the type they offered (nasty side effects). I decided to try this first and am happy to say it worked and everything cleared up nicely.

Convenient and easy to use! Is a good size and lasts a while, so good value for money. Effective at healing piercings.
