I needed something to periodically flush out the wound from a small surgical procedure. This product was more cost effective than anything I found at my local drugstore, and it worked well. The jet was powerful enough to do a good job of cleaning the wound, and the nozzle is easy to operate and control.

I pierced my own ears at home, my doubles and triples at the same time and used this for cleaning and sanitizing and it has been terrific! No infection, no itchiness. The spray is thick so push the nozzle down softly for a smaller stream. I sprayed it right on the earrings and used some gauze to clean around it. Great formula but the spray could be better. Overall the best priced wound cleanser and it works!!

I used this on all 3 of my daughters after they got their 2nd ear piercings. It worked great and kept their ears clean. I do wish the bottle was bigger. It is very effective at rinsing off their ears, and no one developed an infection. Overall, great saline rinse.

The first time I sprayed this it shot out 5 feet under pressure. The sprayer dispenses more product than necessary and at a pressure that isn't appropriate for close contact. For wound irrigation, this is great. For any other purpose, not so much.I bought this for an after piercing treatment, and its a pain to use for that. I bought a spray so I could easily apply this. For that purpose it's a fail. Spraying this on your ear means half of the product goes INTO your ear and drips down your neck. I had some Refresh Digital Lubricant Eye Drops on hand and I used that instead with great results. I caved and bought a piercing aftercare product. It comes with a small applicator tip designed to dispense product exactly where it is needed.This NeilMed Cleanse Sterile Saline Wound Wash is going in our first aid kit where it belongs.

I bought this after doing a few of my own piercings at home, and it’s honestly just like any other saline. Just make sure you don’t spray too hard and angle it right so you don’t put it all over the place. I just spray it on a cotton pad, q-tip, or directly on the piercing and let it air dry. It really helped reduce irritation and kept everything clean without that stinging sensation other products sometimes cause. It’s also great that it’s just sterile saline with no extra chemicals. The can lasts a while too, even with daily use. Definitely something I’ll keep around for any future piercings or even minor cuts. Definitely worth it.

Over the past three months, I’ve wasted so much money on wound washes that burned or made me break out in hives due to chemicals and preservatives. It was a huge relief to use this instead since it is 100% pure saline. That said, it’s just pure saline and should cost HALF of what it does. Shame because it doesn’t last long when you have a slow-healing wound you have to rinse honey and/or collagen out of every couple of days. As others have mentioned, the spray can be surprisingly strong (like shooting 2 feet away all over everything) but you can also easily learn to control it to just add a few drops gently into a wound (please, NOT your EYES!)

Got the bubble to go down within two days on my nostril nose ring, I did also put a stud in to help it heal easier. It is well worth the money and works great! So cheap and easy and I’d order it again for future piercings.

I was recommended this a year or two ago for body piercings and recently started doing my own ear piercings. There’s nothing better to help heal you and keep your piercings from being infected. Just use this spray a couple of times daily and leave the piercing alone to heal. The spray nozzle sucks a little bit, so some gets wasted when it goes shooting out so aggressively lol, but you get used to it. For $5 just buy another! 10/10!
