Do these wines contain alcohol?

Yes. Cooking wine is still wine, which means it contains alcohol. The difference is that cooking wine contains very large amounts of salt, which makes it unsuitable for drinking and legal to purchase even for the underaged. Alcohol has a lower boiling/evaporation temperature than water, which means that in many cooked dishes the alcohol will boil away and what will be left is water and flavor. Because cooking wine contains alcohol, you can use it in your dishes for deglazing just as you would another wine, but you need to reduce the salt in your recipe because of the extra salt in the wine.

Is there sugar in these wines?

According to the label, these contain invert sugar. I looked that up and it has the same effects and health issues as plain refined sugar. Whether that is a problem I guess is a matter of how much you intend to use at a time.
