Physio advised my daughter tried using these due to flat foot causing knee pain. Rather than pay the hefty price tag on the NHS ones with the possibility of them not even helping, I opted for these just to try and they're fantastic. Brilliant quality very thick and daughter has said they're extremely comfortable and make her shoes feel better. Have bought another set so we don't have to keep taking them in and out of different pairs or shoes. Very happy and will be buying more of these when needed instead of the very expensive NHS ones.

It's good insole. Son said its comfortable. But it comes small. This uk 2-3.5 insole fits perfectly well for Adidas size UK 2.5 trainers, without trimming. Too small for Adidas size UK3.5.

My daughter has Down syndrome and hyper mobile ankles and flat feet. We have 1 pair of supportive orthotic shoe / boot style with ankle support, built into the boot, from the hospital. These come with removable insoles with high arch support and deep heel cup for ankle support. We have been using this one insole to transfer to a trainer boot for PE. And it wears away quick as it’s the only insole she has. Just a quick lesson: All orthotics with a high arch support will make shoes fit tighter and need a wider shoe or lace ups to fit well. So these were a great alternative which I had my orthotic specialist check out for my daughter. I have multiple pairs in her wellies, high top trainers and other boots so she’s not using the same insole day in day out which has been wearing them out so much. Great sports alternative but note it is a normal issue with these types of insoles for your shoes not to fit well as depending on the shoe it could raise the ankle higher. So you need to take them with you to the shops when you buy a pair. I have to do this with her removable prescribed orthotics from the hospital too. It’s a pain but there are options out there. If you need proper ankle support you should buy laced high top or wider shoe fitting and remove the current insole from the new shoe/boot. This is the advice from her orthotic and physio specialists in the U.K. so i am happy with my purchases and have more than 1 pair.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought a size 2-3,5 for my daughter.The length of the insole fits good for boots, but when I inserted the insole into the shoes, it was difficult for her to put the shoes on. The instep of the leg became too high and did not comfy.

I am very happy with it. The quality and size are the same written in the description, so I bought another pairs the next day.

Purchased these for a 9 year old girl who wears USA 3.5-4 in big kids. These arches offer sizes in both little kids and big kids. We purchased the size 2.5-4.5 M US Little Kids. We did not have to cut the arches. They were a perfect fit in the size 4 tennis shoe. I did not have to remove the tennis shoe sole before inserting the arch support. However, the arch is very thick and well made… I think that in most shoes the original soles would have to be removed before inserting the arch. I tried the same arch in a different shoe and it was uncomfortable for my daughter. I attribute this to not taking out the sole first. For the price, quality of the arch, & Amazon’s easy return policy… these are worth your time trying. These helped with foot pain and create a noticeable arch in both feet.

Unser Kind hat nur Mini malen Ansatz von Plattfuß en und das wollte ich sofort mit Einlegesohlen ändern.Schuhe können soviel anrichten,an den Füssen.Selbst teure Schuhe, bieten selbst keine tollen Sohlen an,Kinder sagen auch meist nix dazu weil natürlich eh nur das aussehen wichtig ist.Aber wir Eltern sind dafür mit verantwortlich, das der Fuß kann richtig abrollen kann,wer ne Stütze braucht,der macht mit diesen Einlegesohlen alles richtig .Ich hatte meinen Kind erklärt ( 6)was ich da rein mache, weil ich wollte das er es versteht.und mir evtl Recht gibt wenn er diese erstmal probiert.Er wollte das auch nicht, erstmal das aussehen,(was drin keiner Segen kann) und er auch ohne gut laufen könnte.Einen vollen Tag, sollte er diese im Kindergarten ausprobieren....Zu Hause angekommen,fing er von ganz allein an,das diese Sohlen nie wieder raus sollen.Denn er kann mit den Füßen sich richtig gut abrollen, läuft nur noch ganz Mini Mal nach innen den der Fuss liegt gut zwecks der Form passend.Die Stütze ist so entlastend,das er ewig laufen gehen springen könnte.Wer auch schon darüber nach gedacht hat, nicht zögern, einfach bestellen und ausprobieren.

It provides good cushioning but bulky, hence you will find it difficult to fit.The upper layer is of textile hemce provides good grip.
