Chocolate and mint belong together. They make a better marriage than almost any human couple. But very few chocolatiers get it right -- the resulting confection is either too sugary or too chocolatey (it's almost never too minty). These crisps are the perfect blend of the two ingredients -- not too sweet, not too overpoweringly chocolate, with just the right amount of excellent mint. Worth the expense.
