Metal frame on bottom was broken. It was a gift and I didn’t have time to return and wait for a new one. I repaired with JB Weld.

Product idea is cute, but cheaply made… Wire is very flimsy, frame was scratched on one side and had a corner piece broken on the bottom of the frame.
