General Tools S106 Tubing Bender Set

Face it, for the price and limited usage, they do what they're supposed to within reasonable limits. If you have limited uses for them here and there, they should suit your needs okay. I wouldn't recommend them for someone that planned on using them every day by any means but there are higher end benders for the pros. I would still recommend maybe filling the tube you're going to bend with some fine silica or sand IF the line can be blown out well after bending it and before installing it. It will help keep you from kinking thin wall tubing even while using these lighter duty springs. General Tools sells good products but they still have their limits!

I tried using them but it's kinda hard and time consuming. Maybe it takes a little getting used to them.

Works where my racheting bend can't fit.

Needed to make a bend to replace my air compressor copper pipe 90 degree bend , worked like a charm

The springs work well enough on tubes but are unkind to the user. At least one end of each spring terminates to a crudely finished point. My hand got nicked three times and my work was interrupted when I had to stop because the workpiece got too bloodied. Other than that, it's a good-value product that does the job.

These work great. Not for refrigeration lines though.

These require a lot of strength to use, but do keep the tubing from kinking.
