Nope - Don’t Like These At All
As others have written, too small and difficult to put on. Don’t like not being able to return the unused portion. Perhaps they can be manufactured in different sizes. Wouldn’t but these again. Agree bring back MDP

A Good Buy
This product works really well. And if you have difficulty getting it on, just apply a little Vaseline to yourself and the guard slips on and off easily. The residual Vaseline will continue to help with removal and replacement of the guard throughout the day. Even if you could find MDP, this is better.

Don’t waste your money they’re too small
Terrible waste of money unless your private part is the size of a pencil! These are way too small and useless. I don’t know what they were thinking but this is not for a human male, duh, bad!

About the best solution to minor leaks up to maybe a couple ounces.
The pouch is somewhat difficult to get on and the elastic is pretty tight. However, it does well in soaking up the dripping urine during the day and while sleeping. If you get up at night to pee you will discover that it is hard to put the pouch back on unless you turn on some lights are sleeping nude. You could always put on a new one but at over a dollar a pouch it can get expensive if you make several trips to the bathroom in a night. Overall, I am pleased with the product and it's preferable to wearing pads. The plastic is somewhat noisy so I purchased baby mitts to put over the pouches to silence them. The baby mitts are reusable and washable so it's a minor expense.

Guard has shrunk
I've been using this product for a few years and have been quite happy with it. However the last time I bought them the product was about half the size it was previously. It is now more difficult to put on and to stand at an urlinal and take it off and put it back on is very difficult and can't be done discreetly. Maybe its inflation...the product has shrunk and the price is the same. The company should go for quality and raise the price. They now have a poor product at a high price.

Worthless - Gauze and a zip lock baggie work better. Zero Stars
If you want to sweat inside a cheap plastic bag, you can build one for free at you home. Comfort: If you like cheap plastic digging into your penis? It hurts after 5 mins. After 10 minutes you will sweat and it stick to your testicles. Waste of money, since they will not refund your money if the bag is open. Very expensive product, over $1.12 each. I wanted to have it shipped to me so I could get a closer look at the bag... It should be remove from Amazon. It says below the price; "Eligible for Refund or Replacement if damaged or defective. The company says: “This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement." I call this defective crap gimmick. Don’t waste $33. Go get a pad that breathes like the MDP $0.60 cents each.

Terribe design that needed modifying
Unfortunately there are very few options in this area that are small, discreet, and work well. This one fails in several ways. First, the elastic band makes it difficult to put on, and impossible to put on quickly. Second, if you do manage to get it in place, the fit is poor and it can easily fall off. Third it is noisy. The outer plastic bag crinkles when you move or sit down, making it much less discreet than it should be.I did come up with a workaround, but it is far from perfect. The only way I was able toi use these effectively is to remove the inner absorbant pounch from the plastic bag (it is coated in a thin layer of plastic). Then cut along one side from the opening to the bottom. Then put the pouch in place with the cut opening at the top, wrap it around and tape it in place. This at least made them usable and quiet.
