Excellent and beautiful holster at half the price of the Galco Fletch. Perfectly fit my Springfield Ronin 4.25 right out of the box, no fitting or shaping required. I read complaints that the back of the snap scratched weapons, but there’s nothing there to scratch, and it latches perfectly in front of the cocked hammer, with an easy thumb break. I’ve got tons of Galco holsters from my career but this rides perfectly high enough not to print and is also comfortable. Great holster.

I bought this holster for a Ruger SR1911. It arrived promptly and is of high quality. It fit the pistol snugly and I am sure that after breaking in will be perfect. Quite a nice holster for the price.

Great holster! Needed some stretching out, but it's a perfect for my 1911.

I purchased this gorgeous holster to use for both concealed and open carry of my 1911 commander size 45. The leather quality is amazing for the cost, the fit to my weapon (follow the recommended procedure for breaking in the holster) was perfect right out of the box. The only issue was with the retention strap. In the 'cocked and locked' position, the strap was difficult to snap together while unsnapping to draw the weapon was very good. The holster is still new so I am attempting to stretch the strap to see if that will help in securing the snap. Overall this is an amazing holster that is gorgeous, easy on my stainless commander, very comfortable to wear, and the two cant position work perfectly. The quality, especially for the cost, is an incredible deal! Highly recommend this holster! update: leaving the weapon in the holster with the retention strap snapped with the weapon in the de-cocked position has helped to stretch the strap making it easier to securely strap the weapon in place in the 'cocked and locked' position ( 72 hours and a very light application of some quality leather lotion has fixed the issue). And I have since purchased three more holsters and a belt for 1791. great products made with quality materials and excellent craftsmanship!

Outstanding quality and materials. Understanding that a simple break in is required because this is great quality leather. YouTube the break-in methods and apply. This is clearly one of the best looking and comfortable fitting rigs I own - and there are many!

I have purchased several other 1791 items in the past. Like all the others, this holster is very well made. The stitching is uniform and precise. The dying is even and consistent. I was very impressed with how well the thumb break and snap worked. 1791 gear is known for requiring a break in period. Well, my holster seems to have gotten adequately broken in in about 24hrs so I’m happy with that. If this holster is on your radar, I don’t think you will go wrong with it.

This company makes a quality product. I am very happy with my choice of finish which was the stealth black.. This means there is no sheen on the leather which is quality…. The cock and lock thumb strap is a bit stiff and you simply need to work it. Repetition is key. I purchased this for my Rock Island Arms 1911A1 and the fit is perfect. 5 inch barrel runs to very end of holster and no slide or parts of weapon outside of the protected leather. Very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend. This is a great value for the money. I also like the location of the belt slots. Great exit or draw angle.
