Delicious!
Fabulous quality and value! Great flavor and very handy to use when you might be out of fresh ground ginger. Mccormick never ever has let me down. Just made a wonderful stir-fry dinner and I used this product with some garlic and honey....there were no leftovers!

I like the quality
I use this ginger spice daily for my morning oatmeal, which I prepare from the previous evening. I like the quality and smell. The test is also good. I recommend this spice for any kitchen.

Delicious! A fraction of the cost of pickled
Was buying the pickled jars of sliced ginger, which is super tasty, but those jars are pretty tiny and don't stretch that far, if you're a ginger lover like I am. This powdered ginger is just as delicious, but costs a fraction of what those jars cost.

Did not Disappoint
I have been on a search for large supply of ginger that actually tasted like "Real" ginger and had the flavor and heat to back it up. I was not opposed to trying other brands and did and was disappointed. I happen to stumble upon the Mccormick brand. A brand name I grew up knowing as My Mom used to bake with the flavoring and cook with the seasonings. (My Mom and Grandmother used to only buy the Metal tun of black pepper. Lol) I was glad to see that they have kept the Quality of flavor to match the brand name. After trying so many different kinds of powdered ginger I did a happy dance. It had the flavor and heat I was looking for. Thank you for keeping up the Quality for all these years!
