So far it has held up to her chewing, but I was definitely not expecting it to be hollow like a straw. I may not have read the description correctly since I was expecting a chew that is solid all the way through, but for being hollow it's pretty sturdy. We will see how it holds up to her strong jaw and teeth ;)5 stars for being easy to hold, the strength of the chew so far, and seems pretty durable.

We have tried so many chewies and my son chews through them all. But not this one! He's had it over a month now and it's still in one piece! I love that it comes on a caribiner because he's autistic and doesn't like anything hanging around his neck. I can clip it on his shirt or attach it to a pacifier clip to keep it on him. I am so glad I found this great product. It's a dream come true.
