If I could give this zero stars I could, the description is a lie.Item says 4" thick, this is only 1" thick.I purchased this for $50 and received a piece of foam that's a quarter the thickness advertised. If I wanted a one inch thick slab of foam I could find better options almost anywhere else.The description is false. Will be returning.

I waited to provide a review until we had used the foam for a few weeks. When I first opened the packaging and placed the foam on the cot, it was not the full length or width. I remeasured the foam the next morning, and it had indeed expanded to the exact measurement of 24" wide by 72" long. I am using it on a cot that was used by a young adult when relatives came to visit. My nephew said that it was very comfortable to sleep on.

The package arrived broken, the foam intact though. The measurements advertised were not accurate and return, a headache. Return policy of double shipping cost and 30% restocking fee, a complete rip off. Customer service less than friendly and somewhat sarcastic in my attempt to rectify not needing the item with inaccurate specifications. Better off going to a local store with good attention to detail, customer service and reasonable costs.

Quality material. I definitely recommend unpacking it and letting it sit for a day before cutting it up (if you plan to cut it up). It comes in a pack the size of a rolled up sleeping bag. It is obviously much bigger than that. If you don't let it sit for a while unrolled and cut it immediately, it will continue to expand and will most likely be the wrong size in short order.

I bought a slip cover for my sofa and found that I also needed foam for my sagging cushions. Long story short; the sofa looks and feels new. I cut the foam to fit the covers and it is perfect. The cheapest new sofa I've ever bought. I wish I'd thought of this many years, and sofas, ago.

This is a very good quality item and had it arrived anywhere near on time I could have used it. It didn't and I bought another locally to do my project. Only three stars for the delayed shipping, the same as the previous cushion I had purchased earlier.

I used this to add onto the head of my RV mattress as my other camper was a "short" queen and the new RV is a full size queen and my mattress was only a year old---worked great!

It was firmer than I thought it would be. I used a regular hand saw to cut it and it worked fine. Did make a little mess with the "shavings" left after cutting, but nothing too bad. You should get batting to put over the foam and I used a spray adhesive to keep it in place before putting foam back into cushion cover.
