It was a gift. I bought 2 of them and both individuals said how much it helped relieve the muscle tightness in their wrist. One band can be worn on either hand.

It's great!I have a full size hand, and wrist massager, but I wanted something portable to take on trips. I have an ulnar nerve injury, and the cramps/pain that occasionally pops up is annoying. I need a STRONG massager, I turned the settings all the way up on this one as soon as it came lol. I have to say, it feels just as good as the full size unit that I have, if not better. The pulse tech also doesn't leave marks on my wrist. If you have the same injury, this thing works great. Oh man, I put some tiger balm on the cramped area beforehand, and it feels phenomenal. You can also kinda do things with it on, you can't paint the Mona Lisa or anything lol, but simple stuff like making food, picking up things, or just using the TV remote are easy while wearing it. Finally, I'm impressed with the battery! It comes fully charged. My big size unit only gets 7 uses before it needs a charge, I've used this one 8 times so far, I'm going to run all of the juice out of it to see how many times I can use it, albeit, I'm already pleased. worked great for a little while. i have owned it for 5 months and used it about 10-15 times, when my wrist pain acts up during cold weather. it no longer keeps a charge and the heat/inflating function’s no longer work at all.

I had hopes for this wrist brace, but it was too small for my average American male wrist. The electronic device would hang to the side and not work on the wrist. I tried forcing it to fit, but it was so tight it created MORE pain.Seller was responsive and said he had no solution (like a larger size or an extender).If I held the device in place without wrapping it on I could see how it might work. Unfortunately, it was not very hot and the massage was just vibration.Returned the product and got a refund with no problems.

This looks to be of good quality. Rechargeable. A bit bulky and definitely made for larger hands. Heats quickly

The unit makes noise obviously when in use but not too loud. Very good quality. Overall very glad to have purchased.

it has a vibration function, a heat function which could be better but I'm glad they didn't make it too hot, and it has a contraction (extrusion) function. Wrap it over the thumb to relieve the median nerve, wrap it around the wrist for support.

I just got this two -three days ago. I was excited to try it bec I read good reviews about it and my carpalTunnel is really bothering me . I charged it as instructed. I tried it the first time and it only lasted for 5 mins . I turned it on again and it started to blink red . Then it turned off again. I thought it probably wasn’t charged fully. So I charged it again overnight but to my dismay it did the same . Specially when I turn on the heat on it only lasted for a minute or two . I did not even feel the heat on .
