Exactly as stated. Fits great for any size head. Mine is bigger and this hat fits great and doesn't look weird.

Good item for the price, however I feel that it fits small.I wear a 7 1/2 fitted hat, and had to open this to almost full size to wear comfortably.... only 2-3 snaps holding in order to fit 7 1/2" seems very low... Other brands have more adjustment available, just be aware when buying as this may not fit as expected.
