NENAFace Moisturizer Cream with Glacial Mineral | Restores Skin Elasticity and Firmness, Hydrates and Diminishes Lines and Wrinkles, Perfect Moisturizing

I had never used this product line previously, but had found it on the EWG site with their highest rating . It is made in Canada , by a company using glacial minerals . It has zero chemicals in it, and has done wonders for my skin in the short time I have used it. I will definitely reorder this product , it’s lovely and is also very safe to use on skin. Highly recommend.

UPDATE on my review. NENA sent me a new moisturizing cream without question. I then ordered the toner so that I could use all three products together.I could not get the pump to dispense after multiple pumps. My husband was not able to get it to work either. I will need to return without getting to try this product. I use the face wash and like it. I was excited to try the moisturizer as well.

My face is dry. With this lotion I have to use 3-4 pumps. I like thats its organic but if I have to use half the bottle every morning im not sure it’s worth it

This moisturizer felt really nice for the 2 pumps I got out of it, then it stopped pumping -Requested a replacement and that one stopped too. I'd given up. Planned on returning until my other half was able to break it apart and fix it. Please consider changing your packaging to something easier like your cleansing cream packaging. I use Nena EXCLUSIVELY and this experience was so frustrating, I was about to reconsider Nena entirely...As for the effect, I'll adjust my review accordingly after a couple weeks.Update 10/2020: five starsI continue to use this moisturizer every day. I love it. It's light, non-greasy and helps makeup go on smoothly. This moisturizer doesn't bother my skin -which is easy to do.. I will continue to use this product.

Love this cream. It smells good and feels great! EWG verified. My only complaint is the packaging. I like the design and pump but I would prefer it in a jar or would be nice if it opened so you can make sure to get it all. I think that the packaging its in now ends up leaving some that you can't get out at the end. My skin loved it but it didn't last long.

Love the cream but PLEASE change the packaging!! I’ve had to return two bottles out of 3 because the pump did not work and there’s no way to take it off to get to the cream manually.

So far I like the product.

I received the Nena moisturizer and was so disappointed when the pump stopped working within a couple days of use. I reached out to Nena and they were very apologetic and sent a new bottle right away. The new moisturizer I received was in different packaging, so I was hopeful this one would work. It's unbelievable to report that I couldnt get a drop of the product out! Great customer service means nothing when you can't deliver a product that WORKS! I actually do love the face cream, sure wish they'd get their packaging right. I would not advise buying!!
