Excellent soft wheat flour for biscuits.
Great alternative to white Lilly because it offers difficult to find soft wheat flour. Drop the baking powder and cut back salt and it can be used in any recipe for a quick rising bread (biscuits of course).

King Arthur is the best place to buy Self Rising Flour - our local grocery stores don't always have and there was a recent recall on the brand that they were carrying at our grocery store. We use it to make sour cream biscuits and pancakes - receive many compliments on both
