This was the best value for money I've found after a long search, the amount it offers and the price it's perfect, I'll buy again. Its small so easy to swallow, no after taste, it might be doing its job because I feel healthy (this is one of 4 supplements I take).

I can't really say how good they are as not been taking them long enough yet..but I can say they haven't caused any upset with my stomach like lots of tablets do even vitamins. Hopefully they do what they need to as I've had b12 deficiency and others and reviews read good

The vitamins were delivered on the hottest day of the year. They were boiling hot to touch and there was no packaging round the container,,just came in a cardboard envelope. I was concerned that the product may have lost its nutrients. There was little smell of vitamin B product like usual vitamin B and my wee wasn't yellow like when taking usual vitamin B products. The tablets are very small making them easy to swallow but I wonder if they do contain everything described in the contents. No improvement of fatigue after a couple of weeks of taking them and decided to not bother with them. Product description makes it appear that these tablets have less additives in them but I'm not confident that they are any good.

It's not that easy to get b vitamins with vitamin d in also. These are both good vitamins for protecting cognitive function and helping with anxiety so I am pleased to have found these at such a good price.
