Australia with Julia Bradbury [ITV] [DVD]

Arrived today. Amazed and pleased. Usually see Julia just walking various tracks in the UK. There are a couple of walks but this isn't anything like the Julia we know. Very different but pleasantly so. There were vehicles, Trains, planes, cameIs in various plarts of Australia. - its great!. Sat and watched all 3 hours of it in one go. Thoroughly recommend buying the DVD. Will be watching it again!

I am going to Australia next year and this series has certainly got me looking forward to the trip. She meets people that makes each region visited come alive. An excellent series.

For those interested parties, my copy arrived today & I was disappointed to find that unlike Julia's previously released Acorn Media DVD releases this latest Dazzler release comes with no subtitles whatsoever!

Great program, very informative.

Julia Bradbury is an excellent presenter but a whistlestop tour of Australia is simply not possible. Gives little or no sense of the history, archaeology,, ecology, geology, culture, cuisine, architecture, etc. A different approach and the production could have been so much more. The production doesn’t even merit being titled A Brief Introduction to Australia.

Was sold as DVD but when I received it I had to return it cause you can't play it in Canada. Too bad
