Packaging and microwave arrived in excellent condition.Bought to replace my old 20lt 700w microwave. I wanted one that was a little bigger and the 23lt is just the right size.The casing of the microwave is not that compact so would not be good if you only had limited space,best to check measurements first.I don't mind this though as it is very sturdy, does not move around when the door is opened and the control panel is better for me as I don't need my glasses to read it!The stainless steel is not just painted plastic ,is very shiny and attractive. The picture does not do it justice.The inside is finished well and looks like it will be easy to clean.I am looking forward to using it.This microwave is a lot for a very reasonable price. Don't usually leave feedback as I often forget but this deserves a positive review.Very happy with my purchase 😃

Just a really well made microwave oven. Appreciate that microwaves are now standard disposable kitchen items but this is a cut above the rest, it is solid and well made. Touch control makes it easy to set the time and it heats the food evenly and quickly. Good colour fits in with the rest of the kitchen.

Great microwave! Makes a milky coffee in 2 minutes and 10 seconds,that’s all that matters to me lol.I’ve took one star off because the display is way too big and bright, it lights up my kitchen at night so had to switch eco mode on which turns the display off after a minute.The internal light is ideal for seeing your food cooking to avoid anything boiling over.If you are thinking about buying this microwave,do it,you’ll like it.

I first gave the item a bad review, because it should have been here yesterday, me being a prime member, then thinking this would go against the driver I changed it to a great support as the driver offered to bring it in for my wife.

Bought it to replace our Daewoo microwave which had stopped working after several years service. The machine is bigger than I thought, but it is perfect for our need. Well made machine from Toshiba.

A great microwave that's really easy to use. One knob selects the function, the other selects the time. You can even just shut the door and press Start without doing anything else and it'll instantly start cooking on full power. Every press of the start button thereafter increases the time in 30 second increments. Really couldn't be any simpler and it looks great too. Very happy with purchase and would definitely recommend.EDIT 25/04/2025 - Unfortunately, after initially impressing, the unit we had completely died after a few weeks. Thankfully Amazon customer service were (as always) absolutely brilliant and arranged a collection and replacement without hesitation. Hopefully it was just a rogue unit and the new one doesn't suffer the same fate. 5 star appliance (when it works) but minus one star for the hassle of replacement.

Fantastic microwave, loads of good features. Very reasonably priced.
