FRESH PUMPKIN SEEDS - SHELLS ARE SOFT
Exactly as advertised, and 100% fresh pumpkin seeds! ... however ...The shells of these seeds are "SOFT". If you are looking for the "HARD" shell, easy-to-crack-open type, these are NOT it!I'm sure there is a way to dry them out, but ended up opening them by cutting along the shell's seam with a scissor - really.

Fresh & tasty; can eat raw, salted, or salted & roasted
These Nuts US raw and unsalted pumpkin seeds are fresh and tasty. They are a nutritious snack offering protein, fiber and healthy fat. However, they are high in calories, so you’ll want to eat them in moderation. They can be consumed as-is, salted and dried, or salted, dried and roasted. For salting, soak seeds in a salt water solution (ratio of 2 cups water to 1 tablespoon salt) for a few hours or overnight. Dry thoroughly; can use dehydrator if one is available. To roast, after drying, coat with oil and salt (or other seasonings), then roast in a 300 degree F oven for up to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Note that the nuts do not ship right away, so if you want them on a regular basis, a subscription may be the way to go. As the company name implies, these seeds are manufactured in the USA.

Pretty good, but somewhat lacjing in taste.
This product represents a good value for the money, but when compared with David Pumpking Seeds, e,g., which I often purchase when out shopping, they're not as flavorful; although perhaps, this is due to the fact that they're "natural" seeds vs. David brand, which are roasted and salted.

Yuck
My mistake, thought I ordered salted nuts, however, can’t crack the seeds, they’re too soft, and the nuts are completely tasteless. Don’t waste your money on these. And as we can’t return food, I’m stuck with 2lbs of unsalted, limp, and tasteless nuts. Buyer beware!! You have been warned!

Pumpkin Seeds
I enjoy eating pumpkin seeds because it has omega-3’s and magnesium. This is the first-time that I buy this brand of pumpkin seeds and it wasn’t too salty.
User
No salt pumpkin seeds
I didn’t know that the majority of the taste from pumpkin seeds come from the salt, next time I’ll look for lightly salted
