Knox Gelatin, Unflavored, 95 Individual Packets (95 Count)

Read that this product could be helpful for arthritis. Since the doc said no more knee injections (which were painful and of little help), I figured what the hey? I noticed a difference in less than a week. While my knees don't work like a 20 year old's do, they work a whole lot better. As a side benefit....my fingernails are gorgeous!

I'm a customer of Amazon but I purchased the gelatin at my local grocer. I took 2 of the individual packages and I had suffered from arthritis for 5 months, not realizing it was arthritis, I thought I hurt myself during a move to a new residence. But I knew it was something else because I wasn't healing and was on crutches and wearing sneakers, so I saw a specialist who offered me a pain block injection or an injection of a gel in my knee. I told her to let me get back with her. I had an x-Ray and learned I have arthritis. What a shock. I then got on line and began to read and learn everything I could. Knox gelatin is something I learned about, but apparently I didn't take enough. Just this morning, I took a packet in my smoothie and felt a little relief, then had an brilliant idea to take a mega dose. Then I watched a video that talked about adding it to soups. I cooked 2 small cans of Campbell's Chicken and stars soup and while it was piping hot, I added crackers and 3 packets of gelatin. My knee pain is totally gone. Haven't felt this good in months; I feel almost normal again. Plus, I learned its good for digestion and helps break down meats on our digestive system; it actually helps heal the gut. It helps with regularity and helps to satisfy our appetite, resulting in weight loss. I'm gonna use 2 to 3 packages per day now in my meals and smoothies as well as soups. I'm also going to make home made gelatin. The reason it works is because it goes directly to the joints and lubricates them, reduces inflammation and promotes healing. Anyone need some crutches? I won't need them anymore and no more using my handicap placard because I'm totally well. God is good and He answers Prayer. I was so tired of taking Turmeric and ibuprofen. Just got my life back!

I wanted to make homemade sugar free and artificial ingredient free gummy bears so that means no boxed jello. Despite how good they taste :( The aspartame gives me headaches.Tried this brand a few months ago and I gagged the entire process of heating the mixture and making the gummies. Thought maybe the taste would be ok once it wasn’t heated anymore. NOPE. The taste and smell were so disgusting that just the thought of trying again makes me want to barf. The only word to describe the odor coming from this product is “vile”. From beginning to end.I put off trying again for a few months because I still get nauseated at the memory of this disgusting product.I finally mustered up the courage to try the well-reviewed gelatin in the orange can(G reat L akes). Upon heating the liquid with the gelatin in it, I started to feel queasy. I knew it was in my head, because I hadn’t smelled it yet. After a few minutes i realized I smelled nothing, so I got brave and put my nose down in the pot to get a good whiff-and was only able to detect just the slightest scent. Literally had such a faint smell that I couldn’t really describe what it smelled like. Definitely not bad at all! Smelled lemony and that’s about it. I was making lemon gummy bears. :)So yea, highly recommend you try another product. And you only need very very low heat. Like not even a simmer. Takes whisking for about 1-2 minutes and it’s dissolved and ready to be poured into molds.Going to make some batches with berry tea, stevia, lemon juice and gelatin. Easy. Yummy. Sugar free. This Knox brand gelatin is a solid NO.

After doing some research online we found Knox gelatin was a great help to aid in people that have osteoarthritis my husband has it severely in his knees and hips and hand. He has been on it 2 months and it works and it works instantly. You must be consistent though he takes it 2 times a day. 2 packs a day. It really does work!

Using this Knox Gelatin (unflavored) to build stronger nails as health item. Mix a packet in water to dissolve and drink it once in morning and once before bed. Instrumental guitar/ukulele friends advised they have used Knox for years to strengthen their nails and proof is seeing it. Dog loves it. one envelope makes 4 day serving for my german shepherd. I give it for his cartilage. This is Essential to keep around when dog is Sick or won't drink water and needs to be Hydrated. Always have around for such times

Arrived with packing intact but box leaking powder. On opening, several bags had corners torn (chewed?) . Box intact. Very strange. Recommend purchase from other vendor.
