This book is not for the programmer who wants to know how to program and debug SIP.This book is for a manager or other interested party who needs to understand how SIP works at a theoretical works and fits with the other protocols.There is no programming information in the book. It is all just examples to give you context.If you are only interested in this, I think that it is a very good for that purpose. The writing is to the point and the examples are clear.
