Very easy to learn how to use and ooperate. It feels so good to get outside for a "walk" with my husband again. The warning horn barely makes a sound.I keep my Dasher 4 in an enclosed porch, but the battery needs to be kept in a warm place, so that is in the living room near the front door. The basket doesn't stay on.But for a small, portable, light-weight gad-about, I really love it.
