Some cartridges missing or mixed up?
Good quality and a decent amount of needles for cost. But it gets a lower rating from me dur to my needles came mixed up? Some of my round liners were with thr mags and some of the shades with liners, and entire row of shaders and mag needles were missing? Not a mad set for the price.
