Would buy from them again

I was a little skeptical about this at first which is why I'm writing this review. The adapter shipped quickly and works exactly as intended fitting from the end of my Aztek airbrush into a standard-size 1/8" airbrush hose. The adapter didn't need any teflon tape to prevent air leaks either, I just screwed it onto the Aztek with my fingers (I was actually a little gentle with how tight I made it since the male end on the Aztek is tiny compared to the adapter unit itself). The only thing is that this adapter adds a bit of weight to the back of the Aztek, but you get used to it after a few sprays.

I'm posting this review with picture because another reviewer claimed it didn't work for the a470 airbrush and included a photo. However, that is not correct, it works perfectly fine. Threads on without issue and seals well. See my picture. I suspect an issue with the other reviewers threads on their airbrush.

Works as described

Works as advertised...no detectable leakage on Aztek side. On the BSP side, one of my hoses hisses a little, but I just shoehorned an extra O-ring into the female hose coupling to take care of the leak.
