Pillmate Pill Punch

Not any of the 4 sizes work with the blister pack and size pills that I have.It extracts the pill, but crushes it in the process.If your pills/blister pack is the right size to match one of these 4 tools - then I bet it works well.But for my size pills/blister pack, it doesn't work.To return the item to England from the US costs almost $20 - so If the fit is not right for you - you have to choice but to eat the $13.Nothing wrong with the product, I guess they cannot make every size tool possible, but they don't work for me. Just a head up. Otherwise the product looks decent for some people.Thanks for trying!

I love this!! It is so easy to use and it saves a lot of time. A lot easier on the hands/fingers, too. Between my husband and myself we use a lot of meds that are in blister packs. I wish I would have know about this sooner. Would recommend to anyone.

Did not work on Immodium pill packaging

Does what it says but it's easier to use your fingers.

Following multiple attempts with different sized & shaped “Bubble-Wrapped” Medications, none seemed to open with any degree of ease using this device. Perhaps it works in theory but there was nothing we could do to have it improve the opening of any “Bubble-Wrapped” Medications. Very disappointing especially because the need for such a helpful device is still a high priority for many people, especially the elderly…

I tried several different pill sizes in pill packs with this device, and it does not work.

This product does not work. It is useless.

I’ve found I have to pop the pills up the way so I can see I’ve got it positioned right, I crushed way too many codeine as they’re so small that if not positioned perfect, you crush the pill. I’m on several different sizes of pills and have managed to burst/crush/damage way more than I can afford to so now make sure I’ve got a towel over my lap and pop them up the way so I can see that I’m positioning it correctly.

I have bad hands due to arthritis and thes gadgets is very helpful.

Helps to remove pulls from blister packs

I usually use a simple cherry stoner for all my packets and it works perfectly. I bought this for travel but it’s not very good, lots of broken pills. It needs practice and works best if you gently but firmly squeeze it slowly.I recommend buying a cherry stoner, available on Amazon. It’s bigger but it works.

There aren’t many pill-poppers to choose from but I checked all the user reviews and settled on this one. It works well; its different sizes are designed so that it fits virtually all commonly available blister packs; it doesn’t suffer from the structural weaknesses reported by others writing about other, cheaper bits of mass-produced plastic. Instead, you choose the size(s) appropriate to the tabs you take, and use it. Simple, and the included cups are just right for collecting the pills you pop. After using it for quite a while now, our household recommends this product.
