Both my physical therapist and a coach at my gym recommended this to me a for a shoulder injury and I am glad I took their advice.It's a well thought out system with easy to follow videos, an iPhone app and a full four-week recovery program.The door straps are very stable and install easily - I have even traveled with it and used it on a hotel room bathroom door.When I have had questions, their customer service is excellent as well.Highly recommend.

I have a pretty smashed up shoulder with all sort of issues. I’m completly honest when I say that after only two times using it, I have seen a big improvement. As a CFL1 coach I already recommanded it to an athlete. The price tag bugged me at first, but this thing really works, very pleasant to do and easy to set up even for a lazy guy like me.
