Great flavor!
This rub is delicious and easy on my stomach as it has no garlic or onion so fits the FODMAP diet I follow.

Crowd pleaser!
I smoked 4 pork butts, for my son's high school graduation party. I applied this liberally on all 4. Then put each butt into a 2.5 gallon Ziploc bag and rest in the fridge for 6 hours. I used an offset smoker with a blend of charcoal and cherry logs. It produced a good bark and awesome smoke ring. This rub gave a nice sweet flavor. It's definitely not hot. If you like heat, you could add chili powder to suit your taste. This was served to a crowd of 50 people and everyone raved over the flavor of the pork.

Best rubs you can get
I was introduced to these rubs on a trip to WA state. Fell in love with the Beef rub, and ended up buying the Seafood, Pork and Chicken as well. Love them all.

Addictive
Can’t eat pork and chicken without the pork rub. Salmon always needs the Salmon rub. They need to sell the chicken rub in the 16oz bucket as well, which they currently do not do.

My Favorite Dry-Rub Seasoning for Ribs
This is my favorite dry-rub seasoning for ribs. I've been through many containers of it already. I used to buy the small container from my local grocer but they stopped carrying it. Luckily, I found it on Amazon. The large one pound size that I can get from Amazon is better because it lasts me quite a while.

Add salt and brown sugar to suit your pallet but in my opinion
It didn't have enough salt or sweetness to it but I've used it for a number of years and amWare that's what it needs. Of course it could use a little more subtle heat I add a Carolina reset to a batch and with the aforementionedIngredients it's perfect

For me, a different way to BBQ.
I am a BBQ sauce fan and had never tried a rub. I saw how it was used on a cooking show and decided to try it out. I have been experimenting with it and others I ordered at the same time. Interesting.I don't think I will give up BBQ sauce but I did like what I could do with the rub and it is quite tasty. I am still experimenting and have even tried it along with my BBQ sauce. Worth a try.The rubs are not limited to the BBQ and I like what I have been able to do with in in the oven and skillet.I would say it is worth a try.
