Purchased the Y cable to allow us to connect a tuner and camera to the OBD port however it wouldn't work with the tuner and kept disconnecting. Returning to start the search again.

Bought this to use with my AMP Research power running board while also trying to the car insurance company RightTrack device. The running boards worked fine but the RightTrack wouldn’t come online well enough to send usage data. So ended up having to go direct plug with the RightTracker. Since the AMP worked, I’m going to assume it had more to do with then RightTrack module. Still a good purchase overall.

I bought this based on the reviews saying it would work for a 2017 Ram 2500 Laramie. I had AMP retractable steps installed and already had a Edge Juice with Attitude CTS2 programmer installed that was occupying the OBD2 port. So i was forced to run just the steps until i could get a splitter. This fit the bill. What i like about this one is that it only had one bundle of wire coming out at a right angle then a short ways down it splits which makes for a cleaner install rather than having 2 bundles of wires coming out that you would see before they get tucked up behind the console. It is a little longer than needed but i just used some black zip ties to tuck it up out of sight. Both my programmer and steps work flawlessly together now! Super fast shipping and everything worked perfect. Great purchase. If you have AMP steps and a programmer that uses the OBD2 port, don't hesitate and buy this splitter!

This is exactly what I needed for my 03 honda accord. I have an android t.v that has a Bluetooth obd that needs to continuously run but from time to time I get an engine light because of my 02 sensors so instead of disconnecting the obd I was able to hook up my computer to the other connector to erase codes while still having my Bluetooth obd connected

Item is solid made, however the only thing it’s capable of doing is supplying power to both connectors, all items work if plugged in direct to OBD port without the Y connector, once plugged into the Y nothing works other than to supply power, but no connection to the diagnostic connection.As a mechanic I run into things like this all the time, I was hopeful but this item does not do what it’s advertised to do

My OBD port is hard to reach on the driver side but this extension cable makes it easy to add and remove devices that continuously draw power. I also will use two different devices simultaneously while driving and troubleshooting so the dual ports allow this without any issues.

A good choice picking this up! I've got my Sprint Drive plugged in. I can also plug in my OBD blue tooth IID control. So far it's working great! I had to remove this when I got the car smogged. The computer at the smog place would work with the splitter. Other than that I would recommend this if your in need. I'll add a photo when I take one.

wer ein vollständig belegtes OBD2 kabel benötigt wird bei diesem produkt hinters licht geführt. es sind nur folgende 8 pins durchverbunden:2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 14, 15, 16dass in der produktbeschreibung (und beim pin-schema in den produktfotos) etwas von einem 16-poligen kabel erzählt wird ist schlicht falsch - schurke wer hier absicht dahinter vermutet...die ausführungsqualität des kabels und der kontakte ist im mittleren bereich und für den preis (9,99) in ordnung.

Avevo acquistato in precedenza un ODB2 da installare sul Turan. Purtroppo la posizione della base (cassetto in basso a sx lato guidatore) non consente la chiusura dello stesso dopo l'installazione.con questo cavo è possibile lasciare il dispositivo "Libero" nel cassetto consentendo la chiusura corretta dello sportello. importante che sia a nastro altrimenti lo spessore non consente una corretta chiusura.

Der Artikeltitel ist irreführend!Erst im "Kleingedruckten" findet man den Hinweis auf nur 8 belegte Pins.Es ist im Jahre 2018 nicht mehr ungewöhnlich, dass am OBD2 auch mehrere Pins belegt sind.Wenn die lieben Asiaten hier ihr Material zu Geld machen wollen, sollten sie nicht nur die Texte übersetzen, sondern auch endlich auf die inhaltliche Korrektheit Wert legen! Ich habe seit einigen Tagen einen TankTaler OBD Stecker in meinem Scenic II. Dieser hat eine verschiebbare Mittelkonsole, die bei senkrecht eingestecktem Stecker nicht mehr weit genug nach vorne geschoben werden kann.Mit dem eingesteckten Vgate OBD2 Winkelstecker Verlängerungskabel kann die Konsole nun weiter nach vorne geschoben werden. Dazu muß allerdings die Vorderkante der Kunststoffkonsole unten vorn etwas gekürzt werden, weil sonst der Winkelstecker immer noch ca. 5 mm zu hoch ist.Das Verlängerungsteil ist hochwertig verarbeitet und funktioniert einwandfrei mit dem OBD Stecker. Das Kabel ist stabil und sehr flexibel. In meinem Fall habe ich den Stecker mit Klettband an der Vorderkante der unteren Konsolenabdeckung anbringen können.Ich bin mit dem Verlängerungskabel zufrieden und würde es wieder kaufen.

Ma...Ho comprato la prolunga per riuscire a richiudere il portellino di accesso alla sezione OBD/fusibili mantenendo attaccato il lettore OBD. Peccato che sulla mia macchina, una IONIQ, tale cavo non permette tale azione, visto che il cavo del maschio si ritrovi sotto, andando a collidere con il portellino.Quindi, se avete una IONIQ e volete un cavo per permettere di richiudere il portellino, questo non è adatto per tale funzione
