I can use these while going on runs and working out, they are light and don’t slip out of my small ears. There are different sized earbuds to suit different peoples ears. They sound great and perform much better than the price they are sold for. They also come with a charging case which gives them an even longer battery life.Edit: Over a year later and they still work.
