Perform Better Training Ropes

These ropes are great. If you workout and need a game changer or something to help take you to the next level, these will definitely do the trick. As one reviewer wrote, I would definitely steer away from the shorter rope size because you want to get the waves flowing through it. Also keep in mind that this 1 long rope not 2 short ones. You have to be able to loop it through something to use it. I have pretty big hands so the middle size work fine for me, I could've actually went up one size. My only knock is that I wish the rope was slightly heavier. If you're not sure how to use the rope, YOUTUBE has more than enough video demos to help.

I've been using my battle rope for about a month and it works perfectly. I use a strap off a fence post, so there is no rubbing of the rope at all. Holds up great to the punishment I've put it through. Only thing I dont like is the fact that its white and it got dirty quick. I would much preferred a black rope but could not find one from an honest seller or one that would actually ship to Hawaii, so I took what I could get. Otherwise great product!

In general, battle ropes are a fantastic workout tool. As much as I hate writing a negative review, I want to make sure the manufacturer is aware of the fraying. I got my rope yesterday, and it had strands coming off already, right out of the box. For $100 I want to make sure my product lasts a long time, so unfortunately this one is going back.Also, I got the 40ft, 1.5", and I can get a good workout, but I think my male clients will benefit from the bigger rope (2") and probably the longer/heavier one (50ft).

My rope arrived on-time and brand new. I started using it on the first day and already feel the difference in my entire body. I plan to use the rope every other day to give my muscles a chance to rest. I finish off my workout by wrapping the rope around my body to get a weight vest effect and run around the park and walk up the stairs in my apartment building. Who is that man wrapped in a rope asked my neighbor. LOL.I highly recommend this product.

These ropes are of great quality and provide a great cardio workout! I would have given 5 stars but I do have one complaint...the material on the handles can become slippery if your hands get sweaty--I had to wear workout gloves to keep them from slipping. Still highly recommend for quality and effectiveness.

I bought these for my boyfriend whose in really excellent physical condition and he loves them! He likes a challenging workout and these really meet his expectation time after time. Good quality so far also.

They are great, but I wish I'd purchased the next size up. The extra 10 ft. would have made a big difference.

These ropes are well made and durable. I've used them indoors and outdoors with my bootcamps. They are the perfect weight for bootcamp/group fitness classes and for all levels of fitness. I would definitely recommend these ropes as they give you topnotch quality for a good price.
