Subject: TERRIBLE Service Experience with Activa Fan - Faulty Product and Unresponsive, Rude Customer ServiceI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Activa Fan and their utterly unacceptable customer service. Last year, I purchased a pair of Activa ceiling fans. Recently, one of the fans started making noise, which prompted me to contact your service center for assistance.My experience on the phone was appalling from the outset. The woman who answered was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I explained the issue with the fan, she curtly informed me that it is company policy not to provide home service or repairs. I was further shocked when she stated that I should get the fan checked by a third-party technician, and only then could Activa potentially send spare parts. This is completely contrary to standard practices, where the company typically handles repairs or provides authorized service centers.When I requested the details of an Activa service center, the representative refused to provide any information. Furthermore, she declined to give her name or employee identification number, making it impossible to escalate this issue effectively.Based on the poor quality of the fan, which started malfunctioning within a year of purchase, and the absolutely dreadful and unhelpful customer service I received, I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing an Activa Fan or any product from this brand to reconsider. The product quality appears to be low, and their after-sales service is non-existent and unprofessional.I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and the complete lack of support from Activa Fan. I hope this review serves as a warning to other potential customers.
