SW Living Faux Silk Pair Curtains Eyelet Ring Top Heading, Lined Inc Tiebacks

Perfect for my (wide) patio doors, to reduce solar gain in the summer and shut out the dark in the winter. The fabric is like slubbed silk (with little bits in), with a definite sheen, look quite classy. Don’t know why some reviews seem to expect them to be blackout - can’t see it mentioned in the description. Mine are dark grey, but they are way too lightweight/thin, both fabric and lining, to block the light. But that suits me just fine. They draw back to narrow strips on either side of the doors, so don’t block the view, and they’re so big, if the material was thicker, I would’ve had to get a much more robust curtain rail!

These curtains are really excellent value. They are lightweight, which matters to me, as my previous heavy curtains pulled down my curtain rod! However, they are not cheap-looking and insubstantial. Eyelet curtains are always easy to put up, and these are also washable. They are a lovely cream colour, and when drawn closed they give a gentle light to the room. They look absolutely beautiful in my dining-room - I live in a Victorian house with French doors, which these adorn with elan. The tie-backs are very useful too - all things considered, they are a first-class purchase in every way and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Good for price, I would have liked them to be a little heavier, I guess that’s what you get for the price. Lovely summer curtains though.
