Within giving the purse and my partner adding her contents to it the zip pull had come off which should never happen with a high end brand , Very dubious about the authenticity of this product due to it arriving in a cellophane packet , other high end brands do come with dust bags or in a box , a packet of cigarettes probably comes better wrapped , the whole feel of the purse didn’t seem right and very low quality as soon as I received it , I sent the item back and was refunded no problem by amazon .
