Fantastic alternative to canvas/cloth straps - easier to manage the 2nd hand and neutral grips
I've used these for over a year now and really like them a lot. They take a minute to get used to - they're basically very thick rubber tabs that wrap under the bar and into the natural curl of the hand - but once you've figured out the basic mechanics, they're a lot easier than traditional cloth/canvas straps, which take more work to get lined up and for me were especially tricky for the 2nd hand without a free hand to help. These are meant to be one-handed, and the size and shape of the rubber part ensures that the part of the palm where the fingers connect is protected from even the roughest gnurling. I still get some callousing there because I don't use these for much other than deadlifts so I still get lots of bare-hand bar time but it's a lot better than it used to be. After heavy deadlifts there is minor temporary petechiae at and around the base of the thumb where the pressure/load is greatest. No pain and it seems to fade quickly. Seem very durable - there are wear marks on the rubber and some aging for the canvas/cloth parts, but no visible disintegration or cloth wear-through or unraveling seams. They will leave everything in your gym bag smelling like rubber especially when they're new or it's hot. I don't love that but it's an acceptable trade-off for me.

Great fit, durability, quality, at a fair price
We are using these to save our grip strength when working on an overhead bar. The difference was very good and noticeable, allowing me to focus on form and the targeted muscle groups, not a failing grip. Very durable, well-made, and fairly priced.

High quality at a great price
The grip on these things is amazing. If you have never used grips like these before, it is a training game changer. Sweaty hands or weak grip strength will never again be a limiting factor for pull motions. I have had a few different brands and Jerkfit’s quality is better than others twice the price.

These grips make me feel like I could pull an X-Wing out of the Dagobah swamp
I was looking for grips / straps that would help me deadlift, as my weight progression was quickly surpassing my baby yoda hand's grip strength. Traditional fabric straps weren't cutting it. These grips were are the answer. Very well made with tight stitching and thick rubber for the grippage. Although I've only been using them for a few weeks, I believe they are going to be durable for a long time. They work great with bars with smooth to average knurling, but I feel they shine the best when using a bar with agressive knurling. As well, the wrist strap provides ample support, if needed. Thanks Jerkfit!

Trust the process of getting used to a better product:)
This product was designed to help me perform my exercises more efficiently. When lifting weights it is hard to maintain a grip that is secure if you don’t have the right assistance. For me I have two pairs of gloves at all times to use for different types of lifting. Lately I found it difficult to really “grasp” the firm grip as I strengthen the muscles to support my exercise and needed some extra stability. These death grips are very different for me and I am getting used to them. Today I lifted securely heavier weight and felt confident with the death grips. I’m eager to see how they work as I move along in my lifting journey.

Amazing quality with comfort to match!
These straps are amazing and a must for deadlifts. They are very comfortable and help in a wide variety of pull exercises. The older I get the worse my grip and these straps allow me to get the maximum out of my workout.

Great product. Great price.
These are great! Once you break the rubber in, they are even better. I wear them every session because I like the wrist support and also add in heavy dumbbell shrugs to my daily routine. They feel like they are going to last awhile. I feel like I can focus on my form going heavy on deadlifts when using them.

These work GREAT. Should have bought these sooner!
This is a total game changer. I've been using lifting straps since high school, but they can hurt my wrists. These death grips are freaking awesome. People say they smell, mine don't. If you are considering purchasing these death grips, GET THEM. You will thank me later. They don't hurt my wrists. They hold STRONG, easier to use than lifting straps. Rock on JerkFit. Rock on.

These work for me. I went for a medium, my wrist is just under 7". They do smell a bit but I actually like the smell, like burnt rubber. it does go away after a few uses. I have painful forearms and these enable me to keep doing pulling exercises. Easier to use than conventional straps. They look well made, no regrets.

Started with a pair of 12 dollar gymreapers, dont waste your time or money because you get what u pay for.. Guess who just pulled 50 lbs on a single arm row?!!! This girl haha and its specifically and only because of these gems(typically id row 20 lbs)!! I tend to use too much grips strength and my elbow pays for it so I thought I'd try these out, and the weight didnt feel heavy at all.. WOW GAME CHANGER!
