Works as advertised.

Works great with Beofang radio. This PTT adapter is only for the Earmor headsets as the Mfg states. The headset plug hooks up tight and it holds plug firmly. The clip could be upgraded a little to be able to turn to accommodate adjusting the module for placement on gear, but is very strong and fits MOLLE loops good. Cord is good length. The secondary Mini Jack socket (yellow arrow) could use a silicone plug to keep dust and water out of the case. If you are running the Earmor headsets with a radio, this is a good buy.

Use this with my Beofang radio hooked up to a headset/boom mike set up. Works great.

I give this four stars, only because if its design. not because of its durability, which I'm sure is quite durable, given I've been playing with this thing almost abusively and its held up to my standards, which is nice. the flaws I find with it are this: the clip is a slight bit too fat to fit into laser cut MOLLE. I had to force the thing in there with a small tearing sound coming from the stitching around the webbing. but hey, at least I know the thing ain't goin nowhere. it's super easy to find the button which is great; however, my complaint about this point in particular is there is no button gaurds on the side to keep from accidentally pushing the button. overallthough, I find that this thing is well worth the price , and if you happen to have a baofeng radio, it will fit perfectly with it. I like also how long the wire is, giving it versatility on where you can place you radio on your carrier. personally I put mine on the front right side, so the wire needs to be spooled up under the mag pouch on the front with the hook and loop, but it doesn't affect the adhesion of the Velcro. good buy.P.S. if any designers are reading this, please please please add a semi locking rotation function to the clip, in order to "cant" the ptt to one side for comfortablity. its quite irritating if using the radio alot without one.

This is a very nice PTT for the money. Nice tactile button, with a rubber sleeve over it to help with water resistance. Use mine with a set of Earmor M32s and a few different Baofeng radios (UV5R, UV5R8W, AR-152). Just don’t expect to be able to use this to plug your Peltor Comtacs or Sordins into your Baofeng. Those headsets use dynamic microphones and thus require an amplified PTT, which this is not. Disco32 sells a good one for those headsets.Overall, if you’re not looking to spend Peltor money, this PTT + Earmor M32s + gel cups are a pretty good middle of the road setup.
