The Hammer Web Tour Edition gives a silky smooth reaction by combining the TourV1 coverstock with a modified Spheroid core. The TourV1 coverstock has been researched, tested, and tweaked to develop the most forgiving coverstock that Hammer has offered to date. The original Spheroild core has been modified to have less flare and more control. This ball has been designed to create a stong midlane reaction with a continuous backend on medium oil conditions. This bowling ball is Carbon Fiber Infused! Carbon fiber is one of the toughest materials on earth. Hammer decided to add this material to the inner core of this ball for added strength and durability allowing them to offer an incredible 3 year warranty.

Amazing first, only or baseline ball!
Amazingly fast delivery! I was looking for my first ball to get started back up after a 20 year hiatus from bowling. After endless hours of research I pulled the trigger and got the web tour.If you are looking for your first ball, a baseline ball or only want to have 1 ball, this is the one for you! It is extremely smooth and predictable, while still having enough backend to throw pins around and keeping them low. This ball has a "banana" path rather than a "Nike swoosh." Not as flashy but much more predictable. If you are looking for a 1-2 punch pair this with the Web and you will not regret it! Although the web tour can still be used when oil starts to break down, you will be better off with a ball that "flips" a little more. The Web has more of a "Nike swoosh" ball path, but is much more easier to throw than other balls with more flare potential.

Bowling is fun, again!
I’ve been away from recreational bowling for about 20 years, and 25 years for league bowling. However, my love for the sport was reignited after joining a mix league last August. I started off with Hammer’s Black and Gold Black Widows and Widow Spare balls. Both balls are 14 pounds and rock solid. My scores were consistently between 110-140 for the first couple of months. And, suffering tendinitis in my wrist didn’t help. After strengthen wrist, I decided to go with 15 pounds balls for a little more control. In September, I purchased the unimpressive Storm Timeless as a striker and the reliable Storm Ice. Then later the reliable Storm Physix in October. My scores started to not only increase, but the range was starting to narrow out a bit (130-150).I purchased the Hammer Web Tour as an “end of the year” gift to myself. And, I can honestly say that after making this ball my primary striker two weeks ago. My scoring range has gone up from 155-185 in ten games. I need to execute my spares. Its a shame when I have more strikes, then spares. It’s the first ball out of the bag. And, it’s perfectly paired with the Storm’s Physix and Ice. The Web Tour is silky smooth like the Edmonton Oilers Wayne Gretzky on ice, while the Physix reminds me of Mike Tyson in his glory days.Anyway, sorry for the long review, but I wanted to add a backdrop to my story. The Web Tour is what Hammer advertised it to be. It’s smooth, reliable and consistent. I roll this ball with confidence. 80% of the time, I’m rolling between 8 pins to a strike. My game is lacking a strong spare game, but other than that, I would be a consistent 180-210 bowler in less then six months of playing.

Great ball!!!
Only issue with this purchase was a scratch in the surface of the ball. The ball was in tact in the box, so it must have occurred at the factory prior to shipping. The scratch was not directly where the ball would track.

Poor quality
Ball cracked in between finger holes after 4 uses. Ill have to shell out another 150 for another ball.

Perfect for those mid to dry lanes.
This ball is consistent and perfect for THS. I love the feel and looks of the ball too. Definitely worth every penny.

The benchmark ball you always needed
Style: Cranker PAP: 4 9/16 Over and 1/2" Up RevRate: 550 Axis Rotation: 50 Degrees Tilt: 20 DegreesEasily one of the best Hammer balls to every be released. This is up there with the Hammer Black Widow for me in terms of top 10 pieces I have thrown all time. This is a must have in your bag as a benchmark ball. The lower differential with the sanded solid Tour V1 coverstock. If you had the opportunity to drill a Storm IQ Tour, this is Hammer's updated version that is more continuous down lane.Hammerheads need 1-2 of these in their bag. I have drilled both pin down and pin up versions and I may seriously drill about 20 more. This ball is going to be around for a long time. It is a perfect step down from the Web that was released at the same time.I have suggested this ball to tweeners, strokers, crankers, two handers, one handers, left handers... it honestly does not matter. This is one of the most versatile pieces I have ever had the privilege of throwing. Your style does not matter for this ball. Get one and put your favorite layout on it and enjoy!

Predictable motion
This has a brand new. never seen before coverstock. It has a "Urethane like" feel to it, except that it also reads the midlane and downlane areas of the lane. Very predictable motion and easy to stay in the pocket. Perfect for your house league. Make sure to clean the ball after each session properly and it will last a long time. If you are a sport bowler, then this is a bonus piece for you also, It controls the back half of the lane so well, super controllable and forgiving ball motion.

One word... Dependable!
May sound cliche, but the Hammer Web Tour is a must have in your arsenal! The ever forgiving ball will help you strike even if you miss left or right! The Web Tour has a smooth controllable backend reaction that still crushes the pins upon contact! Although this is a recommended medium oil lane condition ball, even on the lightest of conditions you can have success if you are comfortable swinging the ball! Depending on your arsenal, this could be your new BENCHMARK ball! Definitely a great ball and must have for all style of bowlers!
