EXCELLENT, AND I FIND IT BEST WITH THICKER LUMP FACING MY SHOULDERS
I have my neck broken in two places, and it has to be held in position to avoid pain, and damage to the spinal chord. Personally, I would have preferred it to be a little less soft, for my needs, maybe with a choice of two different foams - but NOBODY SEEMS TO DO THAT!You see, a 'Niche' market spotted already!! . . . . (no charge for the idea!)

VERY COMFORTABLE
I bought this pillow a couple of months ago because I was waking up each morning with with neck pain. Overnight the pain disappeared and I have not had a problem since. The pillow is firm but soft enough to comfortably cradle your head taking the pressure from your shoulder if you sleep on your side like me.
