Would this work on a change Moore ED series 54 qt cooler battery 15600 mAh?

My experience with the 12.6V (3S) charger (of which I've bought several) is that it does not work as a DC "adapter" power supply ... it probably checks battery voltage first before charging (that's my guess, I did not investigate further). So I wouldn't expect it to work when charging the battery through the cooler's solar or DC inputs. If you are accessing the battery terminals directly and your battery matches the charger (either 3S-12.6Vmax or 7S-29.4Vmax) the charger should work well. However FWIW, a 15.6Ah battery could typically charge at a max current of 0.5C (C=15.6A) or 7.8A, so at 2A this charger would take almost 4x longer than some optimal "24V 7.8A CC/CV" charger. However charging via the cooler using a DC power adapter is limited as well (12V/5A, 24V/2.5A, less operating power). That's as specific as I can be given the various options and cooler versions and conflicting info I found.
