Can I add Swivel wheels

I don't believe you can add swivel wheels. After it is in place over the toilet it is easy to get up from the commode and sit down on it, as I did after hip replacement surgery.

How much does it weigh?

It weighs maybe 15 lbs at most. I never had any trouble moving it after my hip operation.

My elongated toilet seat measures 19X14 and the bowl is 12X8. Will this commode work on top of my toilet seat?

it is 22x6.5x24.5 the seat depth 16.25 don't if that helps but you go to where the commode chair is shown and go down to the bottom where the reviews are there is a picture of one on the toilet.

What is the size of the hole?

It is 9 5/8” front to back and 8” across at the widest point (about the middle).
