How does it conceal? Would you consider it a concealable holster?

It conceals fine. It's one of the slimmer hip-huggers out there. Like any OWB holster, best for open carry or under Fall/Winter clothing.

I do not think Fobus has a holster listed for your weapon, they just say it fits BERETTA PX4 STORM (COMPACT & FULL SIZE). There is a Bianchi Model 4750 Ranger Triad that should fit
