This tea is GREAT, usually when something claims to be extra strength it tends to disappoint, not in this case, I have chronic constipation and this tea for me is a must have!!! Well I am at fault here as I did not read the directions first. I drank 16 ounces and I also have diverticulitis. It did not go well for me. In bed 3 days with horrendous abdominal pain. Do NOT drink more than 8 ounces! It has Senna in it. Read the directions first, it is imperative! The taste was really good.

I started taking about close to two weeks ago; yes it was cramping the first couple of days but it wasn't like dying cramping and yes it takes you to the restroom same day I had it. I wanted my body to get use to it slowly so I didn't drink any on the 4th day and continued on 5th and 6th day and then again a break on the 7th day After that I supposed my body got used to it and I started feeling less bloated for sure. On my second week I had if for 5 consecutive days and lost 2 lbs in two weeks which I believe that's a healthy number to lose in 2 weeks. I read the label and is said not to take it for more than 10 days so I will give it a 7 day rest and re-start all over again and see how it goes. I definitely felt less bloated.

I have PCOS which makes losing weight impossible no matter what I eat or do. I didn’t bought this to lose weight though, I bought it so I can poop regularly. Ever since I’m young, I remember only pooping once every two weeks. Sometimes I can literally feel poop is there maybe like 2 inches away from my butth@le but it won’t come out until maybe 2-3 days later. That in itself DROVE ME NUTS. I started eating veggies and adding lots of fiber to my diet but I only get gassy and I still can’t poop no matter what. I even sit on the toilet for hours at a time, nothing will drop. This tea though!!! 10-12hrs after drinking it I’m pooping! I drank every other day or when I ate something heavy I drink it afterwards. When I first drank it I’ve had cramps and stomach aches after 8hrs, it also doesn’t help I drank it around 7pm ish so I would wake around 5-6am with diarrhea. My body adjusted though and I learned to time it better. I now drink this 9-10pm then poop around 8am-10am and it’s been constant on schedule! I also barely get cramps, everyone’s body is different so experiment and keep records! Mine takes a hours and hours before working, for some it’s within 2hrs. Goodluck !Update after using this for almost a year:So I use this less and less now since I’ve seem to grew tolerance over it. I’m not getting the same results anymore & sometimes I just get bad cramps and a case of diarrhea. I only use this if I eat thanks giving amount of food or maybe once a month. I also started taking probiotics gummy (olly) & this seem to have a huge effect on me. I naturally poop once every 2 days or almost everyday now minus all the cramps just by taking olly.

The slim tea is very strong. I can't leave the toilet since I drink it the night before. I have really bad diarrhea and I can't go to work that day. That is why I stop drinking it. I think I need time to get use to the tea. And I need drink it when I am out from my work for couple of days. The taste of the tea is ok for me to drink. It is very light taste.Very strong, just as the instructions described.

I love this product very effective for my bowel movement i will always recommend this to my friends and family members so far i have seen effective results from this tea.

I call this my go to poop tea! Feel bloated, full of poo?.. take this.. I use the same bag all day long and let it sit in hot water. Just make sure you don't have any plans that night or the next morning and make sure you have enough TP.. you'll go about 3 times and it clears everything out. No horrible stomach cramps and you'll feel much better afterwards. My co-workers know where to grab them from my office when they need that extra "push".
