Replacement Battery in A Pack for TV Ears 5.0 Headset Headphone Repair

Good product

Received both sets of batteries and installed them this week. Truthfully I was questioning where this would be a good purchase because of the negative reviews, which is that the "Battery spacing is too tight". Since the batteries are as close together as they are, they do not fit properly into the nest in the TV Ears unit. This causes a problem to reassemble the unit for those who are not mechanically inclined. Through finessing I was able to get the screws started, then tightening each screw a few turns at a time, the case slowly came together, was tight and functions properly.Since these sets sell for about $20 each, I would think that the manufacturer could readjust the spacing at the welding station to provide a product which is compatible to the battery nest in the TV Ears unit. I was in manufacturing for 40+ years, it is not that difficult to adjust the welding process, especially today with everything being automated, a simple software adjustment should not be difficult for your Techs.

So far these replacements seem to work well with my TV Ears. They hold a good charge for hours. Only been in for about 2 weeks, so don't know the longevity of them, but highly satisfied right now.

I'VE HAD TWO SETS OF TV EARS FOR SOME TIME AND I COULD HARDLY MAKE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT USINGBOTH SETS OF EARS. WE INSTALLLED A NEW SET OF BATTERIES IN EACH TV EAR EQUIPMENT. I WAS QUITESUPRISED WITH THE TV EARS WITH NEW BATTERIES AS ONE SET WILL MAKE IT THROUGH THE WHOLE NIGHT NOWWITHOUT HAVING TO USE THE SECOND UNIT OF EARS AT ALL. I'M VERY GLAD THAT THE REPLACEMENT BATTIES TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM. I DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TOO ORDER NEW TV EARS BECAUSE THEY ARE KIND OG COSTLY TO REPLACE. EVERYTHING. FRANK C

TV EARS

The green cases for the batteries were molded together and the metal strap between them was bent so they would not fit into the TV ears. I had to break them apart and straighten out the strap and then they worked. The company subsequently refunded half the money without my asking them to do it. A very nice gesture since I had a working product at that point.

They work fine. I just got them so far so good . They cost a fraction of what I paid for one from tv ears
