Awesome product
This white miso powder is phenomenal. It adds to everything, and has incredible umami and incredible miso flavor. I’d have to write a book to describe how good it is. I’ve bought 12 thus far, and I plan on buying more.

Poorly sealed, so the powder was hard as a rock.
The jar wasn’t sealed correctly, so the powder solidified into a hockey puck inside the jar. Completely unusable.
